The Time to Act is Now!
There is a new bill being introduced in Washington, D.C., that directly affects our union. The Mechanical Insulation Incentive Act (MIA09/HR 4296), will create tax incentives that will encourage commercial and industrial businesses to improve the insulation on the mechanical systems in their buildings.
